If I was in charge of this site, I would get rid of all of the rules except for the rule against illegal content and I would unban everyone who didn't do anything illegal. You'd have to do some seriously egregious shit for me to ban you. I would also get rid of the wordfilters and autojannying.

I janny Squirrel Party and I have yet to ban anyone on there or remove any posts. I'm just not a fan of censorship. As long as you're not posting something that's going to have feds knocking on doors (or busting down doors), then you can post whatever the hell you want as far as I'm concerned.
