Like I said, I haven't visited Russia since the war. That's two years without using it fluently. I degraded to simple phrases since grandma's the only one who uses it often and I don't see her much. When I loaded up duo I realized how far back I was, how I could never come back. It's just embarrassing to admit you don't know your own mom's language.
