Discussion What is your favorite cut of meat?

I prefer the chuck of the cow. Simple and good taste. Not as much of a beef-eater as I am an enjoyer of fish, pork, and chicken, albeit.
 
Man I fuckthe heart, liver, kidney and spleen of a cow, chopped in small cubes, cooked under pressure and with condiments to create a powerful stew, served with rice and salad. But since thread asks for meat part, then I'll go with round. That's it
