Pretty much. Every time I'd drink coffee in the morning before school I would feel nauseous afterwards and I even puked once or twice. Couldn't figure out what it was until we ran out of half & half one week and I had to use milk instead. Made a huge difference, didn't feel queasy at all. Best part is that milk is cheaper.
