Jartycuck would probably sound like a fat nigger. "Stay right there, I'm feeling dinky kiss me on my hot mouth nigguh."
Brown deformed tranny would probably sound like a chipmunk. "You stupid fucking bigot my pronouns are they/th-ACK!"

I don't know about fnfpedo or troon but jartycuck would probably sound somewhat like protopod in that "Don't Forget to Watch Family Guy" clip even doe that guy's based
