Autism what are some simple and affordable meals i can make at home

really just anything that will fill me up and make me gain weight.
i have an air fryer, microwave, toaster oven, and a small electric grill (george foreman i think) i can use. a traditional oven/stove isn't gonna work because the one in my house is gas and i dont wanna start a fire. i would like to avoid eating pork (not a mudslime though) but it's not a big deal to me.
i'm sick and tired of eating frozen microwave slop all day.
I don't even have a microwave in my apartment, by the way make sure to use proper capitalization, don't be a tranny.

Don't you know that farmer john is just telling you it's bulking season to fatten you up for slaughter?

Sometimes when I feel like eating I boil brown rice and add sliced beef (for hotpot) or sliced fish and add soy sauce or chicken stock and wait until it boils into a brown porridge-like sop, then I crack in an egg and wait until it's cooked.

It looks shit and tastes okay but it fills the stomach

Oats are also a good option to have for something filling and high-energy.

If nothing else works you can try dead nigger babies :rape:

look into chicken leg quarters
they're extremely cheap as far as meat goes (something like $8 for 10 pounds), you can buy them in bulk at any grocery store, they're filling and have more fat than chicken breast, they work well with other side dishes like frozen vegetables, and you can cook them in a toaster oven/air fryer with minimal prep other than seasoning and putting the thermometer in. also once you cook them its easy to take the meat off and use it in other dishes like sandwiches and shit
also look into microwave baked potatoes, like chicken they're cheap and easy to cook, and if you put a shit ton of butter on them you should start bulking too
