don’t look at weight, look at muscle mass and fat percentage. half of that is water weight and the crap in your bowels!!yeah true. im making a plan rn apparently i need to eat 1700 calories a day because i wanna reach 65kg. i also need to drink 2 litres of water just cause i think itll help in general
one bag of sweet chili and sour cream chips is 800 calories so if i can somehow eat 2 of those daily
don’t limit yourself to 1700 calories even if you think that’s enough. binge. but don’t eat unhealthy foods - eat calorie packed foods there’s a difference.
peanut butter works! search foods for bulking - i never realised that i didn’t eat much and i was wondering why i didn’t gain weight - then i started eating 5 meals a day and now i look good
