yeah true. im making a plan rn apparently i need to eat 1700 calories a day because i wanna reach 65kg. i also need to drink 2 litres of water just cause i think itll help in general
one bag of sweet chili and sour cream chips is 800 calories so if i can somehow eat 2 of those daily
don’t look at weight, look at muscle mass and fat percentage. half of that is water weight and the crap in your bowels!!

don’t limit yourself to 1700 calories even if you think that’s enough. binge. but don’t eat unhealthy foods - eat calorie packed foods there’s a difference.
peanut butter works! search foods for bulking - i never realised that i didn’t eat much and i was wondering why i didn’t gain weight - then i started eating 5 meals a day and now i look good

thanks!! how do you eat the peanut butter though, just straight with a spoon? are there any other ways to eat a large amount of it?

also im scared chips will make my skin worse so this sounds like a better idea
 
4000 calories daily, 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight, use milk if you can't reach 4k
 
your woman build is very good though.
idk if ur trying to bait me but i have broad shoulders and the opposite of a babyface (overdeveloped neanderthal face), me being 5'4 is a result of high testosterone (700ngdl) and early puberty fusing my growth plates earlier
i figure this is my thread so theres nothing wrong with derailing it
ive noticed the most and least masculine guys are short imo, because a guy is either short because his testosterone is so low he barely had a puberty due to lack of HGH, or a guy is short because high T fused his growth plates
i fall into the latter

a lot of it is genetics actually. im not sure.

ok so basically there’s recipes for stuff like milkshakes or pancakes where u use peanut butter with like flour and other ingredients - you kinda just add it to things
you CAN eat it with a spoon but i feel like that’s rly tricky
one thing i used to help me bulk is rice and protein
i worked out at the same time but i avoided tons of cardio bc i walk a couple hours + every day anyway - just focused on weight training
don’t put on weight just for the sake of putting on weight tho - do it for looks or functionality bc there’s no advantage to being heavier without muscle mass
 
Eat eggs for breakfast. Eat froots for snacks. For lunch and dinner eat foods that make you fat for example rice and meat. Become mentally stable (yes it helps). Stop taking estrogen.
