I believe everyone is entitled to having children. You could say I see it as a "human right" if we're speaking in secular terms. In Corinthians it is said that each man should have his own wife and each woman her own husband. It says each man and each woman. Not some. The only exception to this would be monastics like monks and nuns but even they are allowed to marry in the Orthodox Church, as long as the marriage was done prior to entering the monastic life and as long as they don't break their vow of celibacy after entering the monastic life.I can’t tell if bait but how is it bad to discourage disabled people from procreating. That’s not abortion.
