Eevees are slop but people eat them up for some reason and I think they're legally obligated to add a pikaclone to every new region, gen 4 had some cool shit like the floatzel like or the gible line. Ngl they hardly added anything new in that gen they just decided to make a bunch of cross-gens and add defog so its not the easiest region to argue for, before Sw&Sh came out I considered Sinnoh to be the worst region.

How, there's almost no similarity between buizel and espurr and I can't recognize a trend between the two of them.

Eh gamefreak has been doing that forever now, gen 1 had vulpix which is just a fox but red with more tails as an example the only difference is that it walks on 4 legs (which you could argue is even less change). I don't get how you think that design trope makes them for furries, the only argument I could see is that they walk on two legs but that's pretty thin evidence overall saying how cartoon animals have been a thing since before wwii.
