Kennedy wouldn't win the election anyway since he was Independent but I was so disappointed to see him side with Trump. They have so many different ideals and conceptions etc. about America, it makes no sense. Also he advocated for health and the conservation of nature. Last president who did this was Teddy. Could've been so keyed.

You forget to take into account the less monolithic structure of Trvmp’s supporter base. While Kamala democrats and the further left each cancel each other out by demanding total subservience to their views, Trump’s base is built up of several major figures representing different interests. Kennedy brings in Independents, laborers, and other moderates, Tulsi brings in a Libertarian bend, Musk attracts the more technocratic minded, etc. Trump’s base seems to be more of a coalition than a single block, with the combined aim of fighting off the establishment Democrat-oligarch-state. Of the 50% of people who voted for Biden in 2020, they controlled roughly 70% of America’s wealth. I wish Kennedy could have been the president on his own, but the media and his lack of resources really stunted him, just as they would to any other opponent, and what they tried to do with Trump. Unfortunately mainstream media is like this everywhere. Most news sources that reported on Kennedy dogpiled on him for +20 year old happenings (that issue he had with drugs) and constantly ridiculed him for his research and opinion on vaccines (I know that the media is often bought out by whoever gets hands on them, but I'm not sure pharma had a hand on these cases. I may be wrong.) There are probably a lot of other Kennedys around the world that we don't know about. Regardless I think you're right about this. From what I've seen I also think Kamala leans & relies heavily on the support and the motto of the liberals/progressives.
