Personally, I believe touhou would be the clear choice. In the ABDL fetish, it is a "self inflicted" fetish, that does not remain in the matter of sexuality outside of the person, but on their own persona of themselves being an "Adult Baby (Doll)". It's likely that explicit sexuality towards others is frowned upon in a community where they want to act in the most "pure" period of one's life.

Yeah they do, but they're not elaborated on very well, maybe that's the appeal though, you get a bunch of cute anime girls you can do a lot with.

The fan favorite chatacter is Flandre Scarlet, a 500+ year old vampire that can't go outside, so she goes insane. In the 8th game, her sister, Remilia, tries to make the night last forever. Something like that.

This channel has a lot of fan made lyrics for the songs, which elaborates on their lore.
