I never got braces or any sort of orthodontics
Despite never flossing and only brushing my teeth once a day my teeth have been in fairly good condition, I've sometimes considered actually flossing because the dentists at my local dentist office are SISAs but it's too much work lol

i wear invisalign but honestly even doe they tell me to wear it all the time (22 hours a day) i ain't doing allat so i just wear them at night and the effect on my teeth is the exact same anyway
