I can honestly say I never really bought into the TikTok medium, I remember hearing about it back in 2018 and thinking it was just going to be another Vine/Music.ly, but it turned out to be far, far worse than that. A lot of the videos on there seem extremely artificial and cookie cutter to an almost unnerving degree, everybody looks weird, everybody talks weird, everybody acts weird, and I hate it. It's also impacted society and social trends negatively. Good riddance.
