If you make the site more appealing to potential 'good' users by making it so that this site isn't just a platform for teenagers to play part in some shitty high school drama then maybe more will come. It's never the end of the world when someone leaves the site, no matter how relevant they may seem at the time. It's just a bald man glasses site; things move on.
