the previous owner also never bothered to do a proper paint job on my car. there's flakes on the paint and a little rust spot on my car.

i'm moreso bothered by the paint peeling off. i ordered a poppy's patina kit and i hope it does the trick.

mine has a few issues with the interior, mainly the headliner and some stuff in the center console. dad got a good deal so hes able to fix it at least

My cousin bought a Saturn from a crackhead Indian for $400 (he had an outstanding warrant and knew his reservation buddies would steal it as soon as he got arrested).
He (my cousin) drove it to work until he hit a deer, then he used it as a patrol car until he sheared off the oil pan on a culvert. We skidded it home and stripped it.

also do you live in a salt state? like one where they use rock salt on the roads
that shit can accelerate rust iirc

no, i live in the southwest, so my primary concern regarding paint, rust, and car seats would be uv rays.
