Ice cream helps a lot with you're trying to eat with your wisdom teeth removed.I just got my wisdom teeth removed 7 days ago. You’re supposed to only drink stuff the first day (but no sucking or spitting cause you might dislodge the blood clot or whatever and get dry socket). After that ur supposed to only eat soft foods like apple sauce cause they require no or minimal chewing. Also you’re not supposed to eat stuff with seeds like strawberries or yogourt with seeds because then the seeds might get stuck in the surgery spot and get you an infection. Also after like the first day your supposed to lightly brush your teeth (but not at the surgery spot, only the other parts of your mouth). Don’t aggressively swish your mouth with water afterwards thought cause you might dislodge the clot.
Right after the surgery you’re supposed to bite on these gauze things at the surgery spot to help the blood clot form. You’re supposed to switch out the qauze with a new one every like 30 minutes or an hour. After the bleeding slows significantly or stops you can probably stop doing the gauze.
This is basically just what I heard other people say online. I mostly followed the instructions that I just listed and I’ve recovered pretty well I think. Then again I’m young and got my wisdom teeth removed before they grew out or started making my teeth hurt so my circumstance is a bit different from yours.
it too late they take my teef haha
They feel okay. I was given pain relievers but I only took a single one the first day. There's only a child pain where my wisdom teeth were extracted, so I don't see much of a reason to continue taking them especially considering that they are opioids.how are your teeth feeling now?

If for some reason I thought some stubs in my mouth looked cool, why would I tell you? Better yet, why would you care? If posts are what you're after just head to people's profiles insteaddo the stubs look cool

I have a blender for the meat, lol. I usually put bug in there though, the mixture comes out nice and fine and flows easily through my paper straw.Imagine your mouth being too small to fit your God given molars
You probably can’t even grind down raw meat

Crickets, beetles, ants, etc. Really whatever I can find outside. Sometimes I put a worm or two in there because their gooey texture moistens it up.
Stay mad, nigga. My macros are infinitely higher than yours, I'm consuming straight up protein, organically sourced from my environment.
