Greece and Turkey also had lots of claims on each other before the transfers, that's something to be ratified by each goverment.
As for Srpska I believe it should be split between Croatia and Serbia just like that. I don't think anyone actually likes Bosnia as the pretend meme country that it is now, and I do not think any RS serbs would be mad if their country got dissolved to join the Serbian mainland.

Difference is Kosovo situation isn't "claim on each others lands", it's an invasion of Serbian lands. Neither albanians nor the Serbian government are going to give in, I'd wager if US troops left Kosovo there'd be tanks in Pristina by weeks end.

That's true but the Bosnian government and people won't just let that be, they have their own interest. Being a meme country doesn't deter them from self interest
