Greece and Turkey also had lots of claims on each other before the transfers, that's something to be ratified by each goverment.What does this do exactly? The contentious point is the existence of Republika Srpska (currently being challenged), not the few Serbian areas scattered across the former yugo. Even you yourself said as much about Republika Srpska. Also you can't "award" any part of "Kosovo" to Serbia, considering all that land is still claimed by Serbia and only dubiously recognized internationally.
And the "international supervision" can go suck a dick as far as I'm concerned
As for Srpska I believe it should be split between Croatia and Serbia just like that. I don't think anyone actually likes Bosnia as the pretend meme country that it is now, and I do not think any RS serbs would be mad if their country got dissolved to join the Serbian mainland.
