Well he shouldn't assume that since there's children around. That's like going to a school and flashing people and expecting to run into a teacher

Well, then in the future, he won't. I'm sure he's learned, and as I've said, if he hasn't, he'll face the same punishment as Basil, but I don't believe he will, because my own assumption is that he's learned from the error and that he only made a bad guess in that comment. That's the conclusion to this.
