killed delirium with the forgotten. had an insane build with pyromaniac, conjoined, and epic fetus. also an angel room i entered had a choice between sacred heart and holy mantle, but i ended up taking sacred heart. i also had lusty blood, monstro's lung, and chocolate milk. i also found r key in the void's secret room but i didn't take it because i finished all the completion marks for the forgotten and the run was already an hour long

I stopped playing this gayme after Repentance dropped. The devs gutted everything that made it fun and added even more useless items while nerfing the good ones.

I think Repentance is what the game needed. Afterbirth+ made the game far too easy. I might just be biased because my favorite items were added in Repentance though

tried to go for mother but i died in the first phase. wasn't strong enough

killed delirium with the lost, had a great build. got dead cat first floor along with lucky foot so i got tons of stat ups from pills. had conjoined, guppy, and beelzebub transformations going into the void. bogo bombs and humbleing bundle made me have 99 bombs, keys, and coins for basically the entire run. also got book of shadows with the lightbulb. plus perfection + ghost pepper and the inner eye and pupula duplex and the pact. i almost did a victory lap because i thought the void portal didn't spawn.
