Care is somewhat of a representation of Candace Newmaker. She's the subject of kidnapping and unbirthing / mental transformation trials.
Theres a whole lot of shit that happens in Petscop, some that people don't even really know about, like how Belle betrayed Paul by recording their phone calls and ratting him out to Marvin. It also has a lot of weird intricacies that don't really make sense, like "The Proprietors" o algo.

He used to be a part of a channel called TheStickyPaddle but they kicked him out because he was getting too popular and nobody gave a shit about the other two members.
