The new owner never bothered to moderate and it turned into a hellhole infested by literal affy cordtroons. I hope to prevent that while also having my group act as a hub for any soy-related source engine servers

this is literally why nutopia started, owner of oldtopia left the server in an old version for >4 months (yes, really). it's like 3 button clicks to install (or just rip one off the internet) an auto update script, seeing mistopia's administration fail even in that regard is... staggering, you'd really think they'd try to avoid a fail so similar and large as what killed off oldtopia
