The only reason to play pyro is if you're bad at the game, I really can't think of another reason why you would play as him. Even in mann vs machine everything pyro does sniper can do better.

They cope with airblast and flareguns but at the end of the day he's still a noob class where 90% of your kills come from holding down one button and aiming in someones general direction. It's always furfags playing him too.

Everyone plays pyro in their first 100 hours of tf2 but I don't get much fun out of him anymore, he's probably my 5th or 6th choice when it comes to classes.
