I think much of the issue is in the fact that the server is located in Europe instead of America. I don't really see much lag, the servers were changed back to EU ones and they should run better.

Yep will do and add some stock maps, suggest some before the gamenight. Also you can suggest custom maps

The server doesn't get overloaded it is just that i believe American players suffer from a worse connection, i apologise but for now there can't be much done, the server is in Europe. But i don't think things were too bad on that server.
