Also, I want to keep nametrooning to an absolute minimum, so that this reads as well as some of the 'arty conflict pages.

I think this is a bit bland. Race war and Race riots have more of that 'arty raid/conflict feel in my opinion. Albeit this is a janny created der shlog event so I don't have any overly strong feelings on the matter.
