No, there is some stuff that I can’t see but is still not deleted, I have tried reuploading some of my Braziljaks that were deleted and it gave me a hash collision for one of them, I manually typed the ID in the search bar and it redirected me to the posts page.

If someone has approver+delete then they can send posts to the trash but they can't perma delete them. I can restore bad deletes and regular mods might be able to do it as well, but haven't tested it.
