Our local Colombian artist made a picture some time ago of a young woman who was showing some skin at the top of her chest, the rest of her clothed more properly with a t-shirt, but this upper-chest skin certainly present upon her, revealed outwardly. The t-shirt looks to hang somewhat low upon her, not to a dreadful extent, but a questionable one. A line, thought to represent cleavage, is also present. An argument has now persisted over whether or not this artistic choice means he is a pedophile.
