Well, here's a few ideas:
The imprisonment of all involved in the industries at a hierarchical scale of punishment (in a general idea, a lower level of involvement is equivalent to a lowered intensity to their criminal sentencing, the minimum sentence being a half-decade of captivity in a federal prison), prosecuting pornographers at the same level as drug cartels. This would include the capture and controlled burning of physical pornography (as done with the disposal of physical intoxicants like cocaine). This would also include the raid of pornographic conglomerate headquarters that are stationed within the U.S in a fashion equivalent to the Mexican military's raids of drug cartel positions. The U.S National Guard would be used for this effort, and staff at these locations are to be treated as criminals involved in the production of illegal intoxicants. Anyone producing pornography outside of these conglomerates would be tolerated at the same level of persecution as an individual illegal drug manufacturer (i.e, a meth cook) currently is. Of course, internet bans on pornographic sites would also be enforced in this matter, and any detections by ISPs related to the streaming or downloading of internet pornography would result in a fine of one-hundred USD per megabyte. These fines would dedicate a portion of their funds towards a government-endorsed establishment of national rehabilitation centers and online programs to treat pornography addictions.
I think prostitution rings are a better equivalent than drug cartels, but I can see why you would make the comparison to contraband. I think pornography should be treated as an extension of prostitution; crack down on prostitution, and pornography will follow.

maybe i will make a poll on the legality of prostitution next hmm

Idealy yes. But its going to be a pain in the ass to implement because anyone can make porn and post it, and most importantly, you would have to turn the internet into more of a police state than it is now and give the government more power over us than it already has now.
From a prespective of liberty criminalizing porn is ridiculous and the side effects of actually implementing the legal framework and system to be capable of doing so is a giant security risk for our freedoms.

Don't get me wrong, if porn was just magically erased from the internet with no downsides, opportunistic power grabs, and internet lockdowns it would be amazing, but that is very much not the case.
What we have seen of governments doing it so far is also innefective. States such as texas have banned some of the most popular vanilla sites such as pornhub, which functionally is an absolute joke. Its like if you wanted alcohol to be banned in your state, so you banned JUST bud light. Utterly useless. Gooners and teenage boys will just move onto the next site their fellow gooners and teenage boys told them about.

I think instead of just saying "GUYS SHOULD WE BAN PORN YOU BETTER SAY YES OR YOU WILL BE A COOMER HAHA" it would be a better use of time and would make more sense to brainstorm a way to get rid of the porn epidemic in a non hamfisted and an actually feasible for that matter way

They should shut down all the major porn companies who make billions off of porn addiction + teach people the dangers of porn. obviously you’re not going to be able to stop people from sharing naked images on the internet (and I wouldn’t want that anyways since it would require 1984 levels of control to be given to the government), but making porn illegal would eliminate the financial incentive for people to make porn, and it would also make porn less acceptable in society.
