In all seriousness I think you should go for it, I've heard the new Unicomp ones are better than the older ones due to them renewing their tooling
I've always wanted a Model M, I tried asking my mom to buy me one of the Unicomp ones but she didn't want to because she thought the keyboard "looked old" and that I needed to "be with the times", so I ended up getting a Razer Huntsman Elite with the clicky switches

I'd say no unless you are already a keyboard enthusiast and know this purchase would bring you joy. Do you want one for the aesthetic or the switches? They make keyboards that look like this one w/ modern internals and newer switches if you just want a retro looking keyboard.
