I have a good VPN on my phone that works just fine and i am looking for one on PC
Only problem are ads with tiniest X's possible, every IP is from Denmark and may or may not stop working after few hours (good enough for me)

Mullvad is probably your best option. If you shell out a few bucks you will get many more options, especially if you are ban evading.

I don't really care about connecting to specific countries because i don't need to LARP as someone else which is good enough for me

I don't need to ban evade because i don't use sharty as much anymore, especially after 4chan immigration. I need it to connect booru and blog because i live in pozzloaded shithole ruzzia (froot stands with Ukraine confirmed)

You can do that with any vpn, but I'll need the IP to whitelist it due to the vpn blocks.
