I'm soggy, as you all know. The sharty is down, which means we can't use our thread. We could post here, but every /anthro/ thread we make just gets locked. I'm making this thread because I made a private conversation, but we're locked to only 4 people, it'd be better if it was possible if we could include more, maybe up to 10 atleast. I get why conversations are locked to only 3 people, urgentcord sucks, but here we kind of need to have a private convo if our threads just get locked by some asshole moderator.

I'm making this thread because with the sharty down, I'm considering providing a technologically advanced solution for the /anthro/ community, like a website that would automatically redirect to the latest /anthro/ thread on the sharty if the sharty was up, but provide a backup site if the sharty was down. Something along the lines of an archive like desuarchive that would allow you to ghost chat while the thread was offline, but to be honest I only want to help 1 thread and 1 community and I don't want to do anything too advanced.

I'm making this thread here because every /anthro/ thread we make here gets locked, so I'm wondering if we could have a private conversation on the site with a limit increase to 10 instead of just 4 members, instead of accidentally creating a splinter or something weird like that. We're all good friends with eachother and we wanna talk to eachother, but we can't when the site is down. We can't use Discord or Reddit or anything that's not sharty related and we can't use this here either because the admins basically won't allow us to have our own groupchat, so like, what are we supposed to do when the sharty is down? Just offsite?

The sharty has been going down a lot recently, I'm asking for you to let us have a private convo dm on this site by increasing the limit from 4 to 10 instead of accidentally creating a splinter, which is not what I intend on doing. We don't really have a lot of choices apart from use a shitty IRC that doesnt keep chat history or make an entirely new website but only keep it up when the sharty is down so it's not a splinter, just a backup site. We don't want to offsite, but our hands are kind of tied because every /bunker/ we make just gets locked so like what do we do

@Soyteen Liker @KingofTheRing @лисиця @Kazakstraw @The Ruler of Everything @MarioMan7890 (even though he's not interested but he is, i mean he posts in the sharty thread but he doesn't want to post here even though the site is down) @Goot and probably averifan and maybe even more, that's atleast 6 to 10 people who don't really have a place to communicate and be friends with eachother and we don't really know what to do. I don't really feel like making a splinter and even if I did make a backup site, I would want to make it as private as possible. It's a weird situation because most don't consider it to be /soy/ culture or whatever, some do, and even some admins like ROOT kind of made it soy culture a little, and now that the site is down, I want a way to communicate with all my friends I guess, so I'm wondering if I could ask you to increase the limit of conversations to 10 people so we're not forced to do something retarded like make an email chain or make a single board single thread alt chan.

and I mean, I don't necessarily want to make a cord either, because I don't like cord, so I'll make this thread for discussion on as what we're supposed to do, if we keep it inside of a private conversation on the site, it will anger as little as possible, but even if we make a thread in /dump/, jannies lock it. So what do we do?

But if the thread was in /dump/ it could also be ignorable? And wheres the fun in that, derailing threads and raiding is site culture o algo? Is it not?

If you browse the schlog by global most recent you will see every time the thread is bumped, compared to the sharty where you need to go to a board that no one else goes to.
