I used to take HTML and web design classes and I refused to make my pages modern in any way shape and form, I'd always design it in a way similar to HTML3 even though we were obligated to conform to HTML5 and bootstrap. This irritated my teacher so much she kicked me out of the class once complaining about my artistic choices
I know next to nothing about web design & HTML/CSS but I remember my teachers nagging me to move my shit over to the "new" jewgle sites even doe i was fine with the old one and it was easier to render on the shitty celeron chromebooks they gave us
I was at a level more advanced than yours, I used some Microsoft app (I think it was Visual Studio) to make my webpages, I wrote the code all by myself and I had to check inbetween coding to see if I had messed some shit up
Albeit this seems more fun to use... Maybe I'll make a bait-and-switch site but instead of grotesque gore I'll just put pictures of trannies killing themselves
