The psychology, and very obviously the physiology of women and men, differ greatly. Men and women aren't as capable as each other in any sort of manafacturing/labor job. Due to women having more emotion, as proven, arguably they aren't as good in management positions as well. But on pure brain power, yes they are equal no doubt.
