Remove pms and the shoutbox, keep everything else. Add a board called /blog/ where the op and all users are anonymized and renamed to plier. Every avatar is neutralplier, signatures and titles are disabled.

I dont think xenforo has an anon feature aside from guests, i can remove pms and shoutbox
