If you want to be a super poor nigger but have good nutrients then do this:
>tuna is cheap and can be eaten without anything And can be made into many things
>rice since it’s pretty cheap by the bag and fills
>porkchops as a cheap meat (cut off fat if you want too)
>crackers if you feel bold enough

Nuts fit those criteria well. I personally like pistachios, walnuts, and peanuts. Make sure to get them salted. Or not. My sister used to eat ice cubes, so you might want to consider that. And sometimes, a humble sip of water is the snack you truly needed.

Nuts are super good for snacks. Where I am at you can get almonds for like 4$/lb. When I don't have a good idea on what I should eat I just go for the nuts.

You could get a toast press and make quick toasts. Butter the bread, add some cheese, some tomato slices and maybe some ham and you have a super good quick meal. These were my breakfasts for a year straight at one point.

you can buy chicken, cut it up, and airfry it for quick chicken strips (poorfags btfo)
for a quick meal just some rice and fried fish is all you need.
soy sauce and other seasonings for flavor, but less healthy.

Chicken is really cheap and there are a lot of starches that are also cheap and store well (potatoes are my fav but rice and bread works). U can skip oil too if you cook with chicken that has skin, just raise the temp of the pan with the chicken and the fat will render out & cook it, or you could just roast, u can also fry starch in said rendered fat. Even if you're not poorfagging the fat is really nice
