Pretty sure you can do the same with a USB.

When I was a teenager I hated the design of Windows 10 so much that I used Linux just for the possibility of making it look Frutiger Aero enough. Turns out there are so many people like me that Microsoft itself is now reverting to old designs so I don't see the point of Linux.
