The location was Electric Beach/Kahe point, a spot we've both SCUBA and freedived multiple times before. Before we went though, we stopped by Westside Dive and Tackle to buy some extra weights for my weight belt. Today, there were warning signs not to swim on the beach, but my dad asked the lifeguard, and he said it was fine to go in. We swam in from a small beach right next to the power plant. The waves going in were not that bad, and we swam past them with ease. First, we checked out the reef to the left of the pipe, then we swam to the pipe. I bring my camera with me; this time I remembered to attach my fiber-optic cable so my strobe could work. We saw a few turtles, though I wasn't able to get any good photos of them. After staying around the pipe for some time, we decided to swim back. After swimming back to the shallow area, we had to swim past the breaking waves and back to shore, which was a little hard. When I got to shore, I rinsed my boots, fins, and camera off and changed.
