Don't know, but you can just use Tor if you're worried about that.

I'm pretty sure they can see if ips are shared between accounts but it probably has to be manually checked. That's how it is here

Like they can just check one account and see if it happens to share an IP between any other accounts or just it has to be done between two selected accounts.

majority of kiwis are sock accounts. just make a new one through tor. iirc theres a guide for sockpuppeting on onionfarms
