My interpretation: the two killers had no connection to each other and happened to both try killing Kennedy because it was a once in a lifetime opportunity (convertible with pre-announced route) and the FBI completely missed the 2nd shooter (who was in this easment drain

I'm thinking it's going to be a nothingburger. I think it's essentially going to be "someone committed the highest profile murder of the century and we couldn't catch him, so we're going to pretend he didn't exist and Oswald was the only assassin."

As for why I suspect Johnson was behind the 2nd shooter, he killed for political reasons previously so he had the motive and will.
