Lute is taking down the J*rty because tangentially being linked to the soysphere as a boogieman is no longer any fun for xher. The soysphere is no longer able to support splinters, because its culture is in decay and its interest is dying. Despite this i don't take the soysphere so seriously, it's not as high of a priority to me compared to other things in my life (becoming an entrepreneur and then evolving to a car company C.E.O, creating an original Skibidi Toilet fan series, contributing to the FPE community).
Despite my crippling addiction to the sharty, the thousands of soyjaks i have downloaded and the handful of idea's i have brainstormed for this community i only care about it at most half as much as others on here.

This is what i have always belived, the only reason /soy/ (becuase other boards like /fpe/, /tech/ and /mtv/ are doing just fine) is so SHIT these days is becuase 99% of soyCLACKERS just don't care enough.

Who made the jarty the bogeyman in the first place? After kuz left, Doll didn't give a shit about the jarty, and even used it during the soypoclypse. Then froot purchased the site, and as /soy/ was flooded with a ton of low-quality 4cuck-tier posts, we all (including myself) blamed the jarty because we couldn't fathom that normal soyteens could be making such awful posts. This is precisely the time when the jartycuck Slopjak posts came into the scene. Is it too crazy to say that these posts were sponsored by Froot? The frootcord leaks proved that his jannies tamper with splinters to make them unusable.
Not saying this is a good or bad thing, all I'm saying is that you're very oblivious to stuff going on behind the scenes.
