It shouldn't be too hard to make a VN if you learn how to use RenPy or something, idk. Most of the work would be on the visuals or whatever.
Alternatively you could try and use AI or whatever and make a chatbot or something idk
You'd have to be pretty obsessed to do either

I was thinking it'd be kinda funny and wholesome to have a text-based game where you try to befriend people on the shlog but I don't know who wants to be included or if it's just stupid in general.
