i do have a punching bag hung up in my garage i like to use whenever i am angry. i tended to use it when i got mad from vc threadds
 
I'm saying your made up scenario is stupid, because it's all what if. It all comes down to how serious you are about lifting. A skinnyGOD that eats right and puts all his effort will easily put more muscle than a lazy fat fuck.

lifting made me a lot more /calm/ and is the reason why I almost never lash out at people or get genuinely angry. I'm being fully serious when I say that you could definitely use it [wholesome] it's not all about physicality

You have any suggestions for me as well? I'm fat but not 'bowl level fat, I look like an office worker but with a smaller gut
I'm 5'9, about 210 lbs, I have to consider the eczema as well (there are days where it makes me handicapped), so I'll probably have to limit legwork

print out photos of people on the schlog that you hate tape them to your punching bag btfo them and record a video of you doing it so you can scare them off

find a gym with weights, sort out a schedule that works for you, eat properly, do your daily 30 minutes of cardio, etc etc
pretty simple but it's hard to stick to unless you try
