The name Turkey came from the chicken and other fowl that Turkish traders would sell in Europe. Akin to how the Native Americans were called Indians while not being indians, the turkey bird of the north americas was named after the ones the Turkish traders sold (even doe the ones sold by them weren't actually turkeys)

The Turkey animal in Mexican Spanish is Guajolote. The word comes from the Nahuatl word, Huexolotl.

Eggs is easy, I typically like mine hard boiled and I can fry them too, potatoes on the other hand, haven't worked with them too much but they're also easy, cut them up and fry them in oil or cook them. Jacket Potato is easy, microwave it, etc. Boiled potato, peel it, boil it.

Rice is easy, meat is fine too. I never really make stews because I don't want to so I probably can't make them
