Icebreaker thread

I found some similarities between me and redditor that may have not been mentioned in my post.
Also during this time during my late elementary and middle school years, I shown a lot of interest in making drawings, animations, 3d modeling, and videos, as well as oldfag internet culture.
My interest In making videos drawing and animation also developed during my late elementary and middle school years, My drawing skills suck now though

I could get older photos and videos but that would mean digging through my DVDs for them

Regarding my social activity, I was somewhat popular back in school. Not because of the general popular reason, but what most claimed was because "I was a happy, funny, neutral guy who never got mad". Everyone said hi to me, took pictures of or with me like I was some sort of weird cryptid, and shouted me out. It was even to the point where strangers many years younger than me would say my name in public, was kinda weird having a 5th grader just randomly point at me, say my name and whats up, at 12th grade me. This still occasionally happens
Some of the most random people In my school claim to know me or claim to be my friend. I found the quote above quite relatable

I would also like to point out a difference between me and him
Despite being a muh 2000s internetinos lover, I disliked being online all the time. Outside, I tried to live like it was 1998 by not getting a cellphone, using cassettes and occasionally CDs to listen to music, reading newspapers, doing everything on paper, preferring AM radio over FM or streaming, using film cameras (before it was cool)

Unlike him, I do not live like it's 1998. I prefer using DVDs for projects and CDs for music (optical media is heckin keyed or however the laser reads the pits and lands). I listen to CDs in my school due to a problem with the internet and my phone. It's only on very rare occasions when I bring out the cassette player.

I also prefer using digital cameras over film. Film is just too much of a hassle for me.
