Autism I got my first phone yesterday ama

only if you never go outside your house
It's possible to still go out without a cell phone. I usually just carry a tablet which can make calls over Wi-Fi and occasionally a public telephone if I encounter one. When making calls I usually just use my landline inside my room. I do have a cell phone but most times it just sits in my drawer.

>Lives in a place with public telephones
Blvd found hyperborea 💀

Theres one right outside my house doe and it's actually in good shape because I don't live in a city.
There's one down my street that allows free local calls, which is nice. Actually a lot of them in the Philly area allow free calls, and others are 25-50¢ depending on what Telco maintains it. I have Google Voice on my burner which is free, but I need a strong Wi-Fi connection to use it. I also heard of TextNow which supposedly is a free wireless service but I don't need any more phone numbers, I already have four.

I go outside and when I do, I don't bring my phone with me. I don't like phones all that much, they're useless pieces of garbage.
Albeit portable computer and internet browser, but when do I ever need a portable version of that?
i take the bus a lot and need it to look at like bus times and its useful if im ever in trouble or something.
