That wont work. They are going to stay on /soy/ and just ruin the board quality even if their NAS of choice is banned. There is a reason /g/ never became active. There is a reason everyone hated /hobby/. This was so close to being a good change, yet its fucking awful. You can't even complain on /q/ anymore because it was locked.
