I drank a monster and now I cant stop shitting AMA

Caffine and other stimulants stimulate your digestive system and bowels resulting in you having to poop shortly after digesting caffine. Especially so if you ate a lot. My shitting schedule got thrown off because I started eating my only meal of the day right before going to bed, so my breakfast of adderall and iced tea has been making me have to go at college because the caffine stimulates the bowels and makes you have to go if there is anything in them.
How long it is taking you to shit though means there are other factors at play. Have you eaten a ton since the last time you took a shit? Are you eating food that your gut is sensitive to or intolerant of?
Its probably one of these things combined with the insane amount of caffine in monster. I would drink a different energy drink if I were you honestly. I used to drink monster because it tasted good, and I could never sleep when night came even if I drank it early in the day. Whenever I touch energy drinks I drink the ghost ones now. Also I got sick of monster's flavor.
