Root does a good job as a janny because his opinion is expressed to me but kept behind the scenes where it can be debated and changed. Pool is good at dealing with the jannies in my opinion thoughever, we've gotten better at moderation and such. Although mistakes are made sometimes, i still don't understand whats wrong with pool when he usually gives jannies alot of freedom. Atleast in my opinion.
