Fat grafting or even better, custom orbitals

Unfortunately this is the way that would help the most.

What I did for reference :

Growing out hair, using leave in conditioner to keep moisturized look. I ahve hollow temples so kept light volume on sides to fraud.
Fixed nasolabial folds to look less chuddy, tretinoin, microneedling, leaning down all helped.
Fixed gonion visibility via fixing techneck
Increased effective height by an inch via fixing posture ( ATP and forward neck ) I am currently 182cm
Skin care = Tret, CeraVe cleanser, HA exofiliant.

I was thinking about trying to swarthmax for a while but I can’t afford to buy any melaninated child’s blood for infusions right now. Seeing how there are so many swarthy niggers in this thread, any of you have tips on how a white hyperborean super soldier can swarthmax for cheap?
