A decrease in retarded replies that add nothing to the conversation. What's wrong with taking a minute to type out your post? Type it, check for mistakes, think twice whether it's actually a post worth making, etc.

There's nothing wrong with that, but it's annoying to do it across multiple threads. There should be a 30 second thread cooldown, and a 5 second global cooldown.
