If you have nothing to do then just sleep more, there's nothing wrong with that. You're never going to be motivated if you're trying to wake up early just for the sake of it, there needs to be a routine to go along with it. If you ever stop being a NEET you'll have no problem getting yourself out of bed, just like how you had no problem doing the same for school when you were younger.
